Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the Qubitz AI Use Case Tool, Deep Analysis, reports, and artifacts.
Q: How long does Deep Analysis take? Approximately 6-8 minutes. You can monitor progress via the Connection Log or run it in the background.
Q: Can I edit the generated reports? You can regenerate any report with custom instructions to refine content. Download the PDF or PPTX to edit externally.
Q: How many use cases are generated? Typically 10-12 use cases per analysis, each with quantified ROI estimates and alignment scoring.
Q: Can I run multiple analyses for the same company? Yes. Select "Start again" on the Results Dashboard to submit a new analysis. Each run creates a separate project.
Q: Who can access my project? Only you and team members you invite via the "Invite" button on the project dashboard.
Q: How many collaborators can I invite? Up to 10 collaborators per project. Invitations are sent via email and collaborators must accept to gain access.
Q: Can I add my own use cases? Yes. Use the "Add Use Case" button on the project dashboard to create custom use cases with title, description, business value, implementation timeline, and estimated ROI.
Q: Can I generate architecture diagrams for all use cases? Yes. Each diagram is generated per-use-case -- select the specific use case from the dropdown in the generation form.
Q: What happens if I close the browser during analysis? The analysis continues server-side. When you return and navigate to My Projects, the completed project will be available.
Q: Can I change the tone or depth of generated reports? Yes. Use the "Generate New Artifact" feature with custom instructions (e.g., "make the tone more executive-friendly" or "create a more comprehensive report").
Q: What is the AI Assessment? The AI Assessment is a standalone module accessible from the Dashboard. It runs an AI Readiness Assessment across 6 categories and generates 6 scored reports: Revised Priority Use Cases, Platform Decision, Gap Mitigation Plan, Feasibility Report, ROI Report, and Well-Architected Review.
Q: How does sentiment analysis affect use case ranking? Comments on use cases are analyzed for sentiment. Positive comments boost a use case's ranking, negative comments lower it. Combined with star ratings, this determines the overall ranking order.
