Envision is where you find out which AI use cases your business actually has. The Use Case Tool, opened from the AI Assessment link in the top navigation, takes your business context through a chat-based intake, runs a multi-agent AI pipeline, generates your AI use cases, and lands everything on the Jamming Board for your team to review and prioritize.
The Outcome
A ranked list of AI use cases for your business, sitting on a board your team can rate and argue over - plus six scored readiness reports if you take the full route.
Before You Start
You need a business email address. Personal email domains are not accepted, so check that first if your account uses one.
You need the context the assessment runs on: the company being assessed, its industry and locations, and specifically where your time and money currently go. Vague inputs produce vague use cases.
If you already ran the full AI Assessment in Assess, the use cases and reports from that run are already on your Jamming Board - go straight to Jamming Board rather than starting again.
Start Here
Click AI Assessment in the top navigation, then describe the company you are assessing in the chat input. The platform researches it, pre-fills what it can, and asks for the rest.
Two Routes
When you click Initiate assessment, you choose how deep to go:

Both routes end on the Jamming Board. The Yes path produces richer output because the use cases are grounded in your actual AI readiness answers.
What Gets Generated
Use Case List - Typically 10-12 prioritized AI use cases, each with business problem, proposed AI solution, estimated ROI, alignment score, implementation timeline, and business value classification. The top use case receives a Best Fit badge on the Jamming Board.
If you chose Yes (full AI Readiness), you also get six PDF reports:

Resilient WebSocket Pipeline
The pipeline runs over a WebSocket connection with built-in resilience:
- Buffer and replay - The backend maintains a 400-frame rolling buffer. If your connection drops and reconnects, the last 60 frames are replayed.
- Drop-safe - A dropped socket no longer discards finished results. The frontend polls until the backend confirms completion, then re-attaches.
- Continue or start fresh - If a prior run exists, you can continue from where it left off or start completely fresh.
Business Email Requirement
The Use Case Tool requires a business email address. Personal email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, iCloud, and others) are not accepted.
What Good Looks Like
- The Jamming Board shows a numbered use case list with a Best Fit badge on the top entry
- The use cases name problems you recognise from your own intake answers, not generic industry ones
- If you took the Yes route, six PDF reports are present in the Artifacts panel
- At least one other person has been invited to rate and comment, so the ranking reflects more than your own view
- You can point to two or three use cases that are genuinely worth building, rather than a list nobody has opinions about
