Custom Use Cases
The Custom Use Case feature allows you to manually add your own AI use cases to a project, alongside the AI-generated ones produced during Deep Analysis.
How to Add a Custom Use Case

Click Add Use Case
Located in the top-right of the Project Dashboard (next to Invite and Logs).

Fill in the form fields
Complete the Custom Use Case modal.

Click Submit
The use case is added to your project's use case list.

Custom Use Case Form Fields

| Description | Brief explanation of what the use case does | "End to end musical instrumentation idea platform" |
| Business Value | Estimated business impact (dropdown) | Low / Medium / High |
| Implementation Timeline | Estimated time to implement (dropdown) | e.g., 7-12 months |
| Estimated ROI, Alignment and Impact Score | Calculation of the urgency and importance of the use case | Parameter trigger, slider |
Where Custom Use Cases Appear
Once submitted, custom use cases appear in the Project Dashboard alongside AI-generated use cases. They can be:
- Rated and starred like any other use case
- Commented on via the Comments button
- Selected as a target for AWS Architecture Diagram generation
- Included in Executive Presentation and other artifact outputs
- Expanded with the More dropdown for additional options
Access
The Add Use Case button is available from the Project Dashboard header, visible to the project owner and any invited team members.
