Business Context Form

The Use Case Tool begins with a form that captures essential details about your organization. The platform uses this information to contextualize its multi-agent research pipeline.

The form is divided into two sections:

Section 2: Additional Documents

Below the business context form, an Additional Documents section allows you to upload supporting materials that help the AI understand your business context more deeply.

Document Upload

The Additional Documents section provides a drag-and-drop upload zone for supplementary materials. Uploaded documents provide additional context to the research agents. Common uploads include: business plans, strategy decks, technical architecture documents, market research, and competitive analyses.

  • File limit: Up to 5 files total
  • Supported formats: PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, images, and more
  • Max file size: 10 MB per file
  • Upload method: Click to browse or drag and drop

Additional Documents

Deep Analysis Trigger

At the bottom-right of the form page, the "Deep Analysis" button (white background with magnifying glass icon) submits the form and initiates the multi-agent research pipeline. On click:

  1. Form validation runs -- all required fields must be populated
  2. Data is submitted to the backend
  3. The analysis modal opens as an overlay
  4. The multi-agent pipeline begins executing

Analysis Modal

When you click "Deep Analysis", a modal overlay appears showing the live execution of the multi-agent research pipeline. The modal features an animated purple gradient orb and a scrolling Connection Log that displays each agent's actions in real-time.

The analysis modal displays:

  • "Analyzing" header text with animated purple/violet gradient orb
  • Connection Log -- scrollable, real-time log of agent messages
  • Timer -- countdown from ~8:00 showing estimated remaining time
  • Cancel button -- aborts the analysis (destructive; no partial results saved)
  • Run in Background button -- closes the modal; analysis continues server-side
  • Close button -- closes the modal; analysis continues server-side
