Authentication & Access
Login flow, session management, user roles, and email requirements on the Qubitz AI system.
Login Flow
Navigate to qubitz.ai
Open qubitz.ai in your browser.
Click Login
Click the Login button in the top-right corner of the global navigation bar.
Enter your credentials
Enter your registered email address and password.
Authenticated state
Upon successful authentication, the interface updates: the Login button is replaced by your user avatar (a green circle displaying your first initial) and a Log Out button.
The login state is indicated visually across the entire platform -- the green avatar and Log Out button remain in the top-right corner of every page.
Business Email Requirement
Qubitz requires a business or organisation email address at all entry points. Personal email domains - including Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, iCloud, and others - are blocked at:
- Sign-up - Registration is rejected with a clear error message
- Invite Collaborators - Invitations to personal email addresses are blocked
- Invite forms - All invite flows validate the domain before submission
Use your company or organisation email address when creating an account or inviting team members.
Session Management
After logging in, your session persists across all platform pages and browser tabs. Sessions survive page refreshes and navigation between modules. To end your session, click Log Out in the navigation bar.
User Roles & Permissions
The platform supports team collaboration through the Invite feature on the Project Dashboard. Invited team members can:
- View all project deliverables and use case cards
- Rate use cases using the 5-star system
- Post comments on individual use case cards
- Access the Artifacts panel and AI chat assistant
- Generate new artifacts
