Authentication & Access

Login Flow

Navigate to qubitz.ai

Open qubitz.ai in your browser.

Click Login

Click the Login button in the top-right corner of the global navigation bar.

Enter your credentials

Enter your registered email address and password.

Authenticated state

Upon successful authentication, the interface updates: the Login button is replaced by your user avatar (a green circle displaying your first initial) and a Log Out button.

The login state is indicated visually across the entire platform -- the green avatar and Log Out button remain in the top-right corner of every page.

Session Management

After logging in, your session persists across all platform pages and browser tabs. Sessions survive page refreshes and navigation between modules. To end your session, click Log Out in the navigation bar.

User Roles & Permissions

The platform supports team collaboration through the Invite feature on the Project Dashboard. Invited team members can:

  • View all project deliverables and use case cards
  • Rate use cases using the 5-star system
  • Post comments on individual use case cards
  • Access the Artifacts panel and AI chat assistant
  • Generate new artifacts
