Use Case Tool

The AI-powered discovery engine. Accepts business context via a structured form plus optional document uploads, then executes a multi-agent research pipeline to produce the AI Discovery Report, Deep Research Report, and Use Case List.

Results land on the Jamming Board -- a collaborative workspace where your team rates, discusses, and ranks use cases using star ratings and threaded comments. Sentiment analysis on comments feeds into ranking automatically. The top-ranked use case gets a "Best Fit" badge.

Artifacts generated include PowerPoint decks (marketing, technical, strategy, use case), AWS architecture diagrams, and deep research reports.

Control Hub

The AI-powered agent design, test, and deployment engine. Takes your identified use case and automatically designs a custom multi-agent system tailored to solve it.

Connect your existing business tools and company documents as a knowledge base, configure guardrails and security policies, then test your agents in a live Testbed before going to production.

Deploy with one click -- infrastructure, API endpoints, authentication, memory, and monitoring are all provisioned automatically.

Post-deployment, the Application Management dashboard gives you ongoing control: agent configuration, observability (traces, logs, health metrics), FinOps (cost tracking), identity and access management, custom domains, and App Refiner for AI-assisted feature development.

Pre-built, production-ready agent systems for high-value use cases. Each blueprint is a fully designed multi-agent application that Qubitz customizes to your company during a short setup wizard -- no design work required.

AI Assessment

A standalone module for running AI readiness assessments on any company. Select from previously assessed companies or start a new assessment by entering your company details.

The AI guides you through a 10-20 question adaptive assessment tailored to your company across 6 categories: Organization & Strategy, Tech Infrastructure, Data Readiness, Team & Skills, Compliance, and AI Initiatives. On completion, 6 scored reports are generated: Revised Priority Use Cases, Platform Decision, Gap Mitigation Plan, AWS Fit Feasibility Report, ROI Modeling Report, and Well-Architected Framework Review.
